GROUP TRAINING - R2
Classes are catered for both men and women who have the desire to improve their technique, skill set and conditioning levels. R2 classes aim to have a good trainer to student ratio meaning that students will be given the necessary attention and opportunity during all classes to improve. Classes are tailored to the students’ skill levels and requirements. If you’re looking for an intense work out as well as learn some interesting moves, R2 is the class for you.

Classes are catered for both beginners men and women, whilst the workout focuses on technique, a large element of the class is cardio and core driven meaning that students will be fitter, slimmer and more toned after each class. If you’re looking to lose weight, tone up or possess a flat stomach, R1 is the perfect class for you.
KIDS TRAINING - R kids
Rak also offers a series of classes that are catered to children. Our trainers have experience in teaching children of all ages.
